The PCI Educator Awards program was developed to acknowledge educators who successfully incorporate precast, prestressed concrete topics into current graduate and undergraduate curricula. The program focuses on the work of engineering and architectural professors within the classroom; research work may be taken into consideration. The PCI education mission is to coordinate and prioritize educational endeavors of the institute and ensure proper funding of prioritized programs.

The Distinguished Educator and Educator of the Year nominations are accepted throughout the year and may be submitted by industry personnel, fellow faculty, or former students. Nominations are kept on file for three years, after which the nominee must be resubmitted for consideration.

The deadline for 2025 recognition is Friday, September 20, 2024 by end of day. For more information or questions on submitting a candidate, email education@pci.org
