Position Overview: The Director of Sustainability reports to the President/CEO and is a member of the PCI Leadership Team. The Director of Sustainability will be a key leader in shaping and executing our sustainability strategy. This role involves developing and implementing sustainability initiatives that align with our mission and industry goals, leading research and advocacy efforts, and engaging with industry partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for providing leadership, guidance, strategic planning and execution in the short term and long-term operation of the Plant to ensure the defined goals of the Plant are achieved and sustained, providing direction for the facility, supporting the vision and culture of the company. Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Pre-Construction and the Estimating team to conduct a thorough review of all bid documents and determine/define project scope and objectives.
  • Predict and identify resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Partner with Leadership Team to implement all resources identified.
  • Represent HEI at the highest level with the customer.
  • Partner with operations to track project costs to meet budget and provide on-time information on estimated job cost standards versus actuals.
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution. Scheduling software, Inventory management, data storage, etc.
  • Manage RFI’s and submittal process.
  • Manage pay-apps, change order tracking in a timely manner.
  • All other duties assigned by supervisor and/or Leadership Team.
  • Additional Accountabilities
  • Contract Review as required.
  • General Project Management Support as needed.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors’ Degree in related field or equivalent combined education and experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Five plus years of experience in a similar role in the construction or manufacturing industry.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated skills and knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis (forecasting budgets, cost containment, recasting, etc.)
  • Familiar with Sage, Builder Trend, Bluebeam or other construction/manufacturing project software.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • A Quality Control Technician should be detailed oriented, accurate, have a strong work ethic and quality mindset
  • Follow quality control procedures
  • Pre-pour inspection per specifications
  • Post pour inspection of finished concrete products to determine conformance or nonconformance per specifications and quality control guidelines.
  • Advise management of nonconformance
  • Perform daily quality control test
  • Maintain daily quality control records, reports and test results.
  • Inspection of inbound and outbound shipments

Education & Experience:

  • Associate's degree in related field
  • QC experience minimum 2 years

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • PCI Level 1 Certification
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Concrete experience
