- 2999 Olympus is a 10-story, Class A office building featuring a stunning architectural design made possible through the combination of architectural precast concrete wall panels and brick inlays.
- The original building design relied on a mix of cast-in-place concrete with glass and brick, and the conversion to precast concrete components saved considerable time on the construction schedule and reduced costs.
Project/Precast Scope
- Crews installed 530 precast concrete panels, representing an area of more than 61,000 ft².
- Including flats, corners, and standard and three-sided edge caps, more than 162,000 thin-brick pieces compose the facade at 2999 Olympus.
- Erection of the building began July 2021 and was completed in November of that year. Topping-out took place in September 2022.
